Description
The loss of barriers between it encourages people to make international migration. In other words, globalization has removed the barriers for people to migrate between countries and even between continents. Talking about the demographic bonus, lately the aging phenomenon has become a hot topic discussed in the international world. Almost every developed country experiences an aging population due to the low birth rate and good health facilities. Similar to developing countries, those of working age migrate to work in developed countries. This is a problem for developed countries with many foreign workers working in their territory. This aging population is correlated with increasing immigration from third world countries. This happens because the population in third world countries is almost entirely young compared to the productive ages of youth. Many developed countries have been struggling to solve this migration issue, and lack of the amount of productive population.
