Description
This paper is on methods to seek the voices of the trained in order to further the debate on military training. I develop a framework to challenge two prevalent notions in war studies literature on military training. First, that more training equals better training. And, that stakeholders in military training are authoritative informants vis-a-vis the trained themselves.
