Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby give, in accordance with clause 12 (1) of the Constitution, that the Annual General Meeting of the British International Studies Association will be held on Tuesday 15th October at 9.00am. This will be a virtual meeting to which all BISA full members are invited to attend. 

AGENDA 

 

1. Welcome and Opening Remarks by the Chair of BISA. 
   
    
2. Presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts of the Association for the year ended 31 March 2024 by the Chair and Director of BISA 
   
    
3. Election of Members to the Executive Board  
   
   In accordance with clause 14 of the Constitution, the Members shall be notified of the election results to the Executive Board 
   
    
4. Election of Auditors  
   
   In accordance with clause 12 (3) of the Constitution, the Auditors shall be elected annually by the Members of the Association. The Executive Board recommend that Critchleys should be re-elected for a further year.
