Description
From interpretations of international war conventions, to whether international conventions on war are still applicable in modern wars, lawfare has been a divisive topic in the study of war. In this panel we will interrogate the current state of the application of international norms/law in several worldwide contexts to uncover current trends and areas in need of further study.
