This reflection aims to develop impact indicators for monitoring unlikely dialogue processes, grounded in reflection on relational goods, in order to strengthen peacebuilding in Colombia. To this end, a theoretical framework is developed that examines: the role of social dialogue in the Colombian context, the relevance of the relational goods category in dialogue scenarios, and strategies for monitoring them. Subsequently, an analysis of unlikely dialogues promoted by the IEI (Institute of International Relations) is conducted, based on indicators that evaluate leadership, trust, and collective actions oriented toward peace. Finally, conclusions are presented on how monitoring contributes to improving the facilitation of unlikely dialogue processes.
