BISA IPEG 2019 Book Prize Lecture

To celebrate the award of the BISA IPEG 2019 book prize, Dr Adam Hanieh (SOAS) will be speaking live about his book Money, Markets, and Monarchies: The Gulf Cooperation Council and the Political Economy of the Contemporary Middle East. 

Adam will be joined by Dr Angela Wigger (Radboud University), a member of the book prize panel, to introduce the book, and Dr Sara Salem (LSE), who will act as discussant. This will be followed by a Q&A session. Please join us to find out more about the place of the Gulf in global capitalism and the disciplinary intersection of political economy, critical geography, and Middle East studies.
