Description

To strengthen equality, diversity and inclusion in our field, this event has been made available free of charge by the Review of International Political Economy.

The BISA International Political Economy Group (IPEG) invites you to a roundtable event to be held on Tuesday 23 February, 1-2.30pm (UK time) via Zoom. The event is targeted at early-career researchers who are considering applications to postdoctoral funding schemes or research posts. The roundtable panellists have collectively been awarded grants under the ESRC Postdoctoral Fellowship scheme, the Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowship scheme and the ESRC Global Challenges Research Fund, as well as held positions as Postdoctoral Research Associates. Each panellist will briefly discuss their experience of applying for postdoctoral grants and posts, before we then open up to questions from the audience. We intend the event to be geared toward practical advice and professional solidarity, so please do join us!
